We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are purchasing the right air compressor or parts for your needs. Although we strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied, we understand that may not always be the case. If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist you, and if appropriate, work with the appropriate party(s) on a return. We cannot refund or authorize a return if not approved by the manufacturer.
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be processed. All cancellation requests must be e-mailed. If you decide you do not want the product after it has been shipped, any applicable restock fees incurred from the manufacturer will be passed along and once we receive credit, a refund (less any fees) will be processed.
Note: Some manufactures do not accept return of parts. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and reach out to us if there is any question and we can assist. If there is an error by the manufacturer, we will work with them for resolution.
